During lockdown, like many others, I experienced the frustration of dry and itchy hands from frequent use of harsh antibacterial products. In search of a solution, I stumbled upon an article about traditional cold process soap. The idea of a gentler and more moisturising option intrigued me, especially as I was also exploring ways to reduce plastic waste at the time.
Inspired by this newfound knowledge, I decided to try making my own soap. Little did I know, this experiment would ignite a passion within me! Soap-making quickly became an art form that allowed me to create something beautiful, beneficial for the skin, and luxurious all at once.
Months of research and experimentation led me to develop a palm-free soap recipe that is gentle and nourishing. To enhance its qualities, I carefully selected a powerful blend of peppermint and tea tree oils, known for their natural antimicrobial and antibacterial properties. Additionally, I incorporated activated charcoal to help draw out impurities and toxins, promoting a thorough cleansing experience.
The result is our stunning Peppermint Swirl artisan soap, lovingly crafted with the finest ingredients. The swirl design runs through the entire bar, ensuring that every use is a visual delight.
